Jess began her wellness journey while studying environmental science and geography at the University of Victoria. She realized that much like the natural world we live in; our body systems are inextricably linked. This led her to study at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria, where she graduated in August of 2021. Jess seeks to holistically integrate these systems in her approach to massage therapy. By considering mental, physical and spiritual health in her treatments, she hopes to promote mind-body integration in those with injuries, chronic pain and stress. Jess builds her treatments on a foundation of relaxation and incorporates therapeutic techniques to optimize her clients’ recovery. Outside of the clinic, Jess likes to spend time in nature (especially surfing or walking with her dog), snuggled up with a good book, connecting with friends and cooking.

Paulinka (she/her) has been working in the healthcare industry for about 10 years, doing everything from personal and group training to kinesiology and rehabilitation. Her passion for travel has had her working all over the world, and what she noticed was that preventative healthcare shared a lot of similarities no matter where it was practiced.
She graduated from the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2020, and was practicing acupuncture in Toronto until moving to the island this year. Her love for nature has made it a very easy transition, and she believes that living closer in tune with the elements will strengthen her practice even more.
Paulinka’s approach to therapy is simple; she believes that the body has the innate ability to heal itself, although sometimes, there may be obstructions that prevent it from being able to do so. Through her experience, she believes that acupuncture has a way of bringing the body the tools it needs to get back into its natural balance.

Hi! I’m Erika and I am passionate about making people feel better! It’s one of the many reasons I became an RMT. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, offering firm pressure as a baseline while tailoring each treatment to individual needs. In our sessions you can expect some deep tissue work, myofascial release, and stretching with a relaxing rhythmic flow.
The benefits of massage therapy not only come from the treatment provided but from helping you create a deeper understanding of how the body is adaptive and resilient. The combination of massage and education empowers you to reach your fullest potential!
I am happy to chat with clients about running, cycling and climbing as these are activities which I can be found doing in my spare time.
